Summer Truffle Night – Sagra del Tartufo in Ripa

Did you know that truffle is one of the most famous typical produce of this region? Umbrians love their tartufo! Every summer in Ripa, a small medieval village not far from Perugia, truffle is celebrated with a food festival! The vibrant community gathers to share food and traditions, enjoying truffle-based meals in the summer nights.
