Chocolate Workshop #2

By now, you must be used to the daily sight of hand-made chocolate pralines at each café and shop window in Perugia. But have you ever wondered how they are made?

Put yourself to the test and craft some pieces of delicious chocolates! A professional chocolate-maker will guide you through the various steps towards the perfect chocolate bar.

This activity is designed for a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 16 participants.

• Sign-ups will be open by email.  To sign-up and pay come at the Student Services office. 
• Participants are selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Participation Fee: 25 EUR (to pay cash, please bring the exact amount!)
